Absolutely! Our meals are created by nutritionists and pediatrician-backed with your baby’s milestones in mind. That said, you are able to customize the items in each box and/or set your preferences to remove a flavor from all future orders or even an entire stage if your child is advancing quickly! You'll be able to make these changes to your deliveries once you create an account.

Yes! Yumi blends can be frozen for up to two months. When you are ready, pop them in the fridge to thaw and serve within seven days.

Every baby is different. Prior to starting solids, we recommend getting the go-ahead from your pediatrician. Most babies are ready between 5-6 months, but this varies for every child. Beyond talking to your pediatrician, there are seven main indicators that your baby is ready to nosh: Your baby can sit up well without support. Your baby has lost the tongue-thrust reflex and does not automatically push solids out of their mouth with their tongue. Your baby is ready and willing to chew. Your baby is developing a “pincer” grasp, where they pick up food or other objects between their thumb and forefinger. Using the fingers and scraping the food into the palm of the hand (palmar grasp) does not substitute for pincer grasp development. Your baby is eager to participate in mealtime and may try to grab food and put it in their mouth.
