Carson Meyer, a DONA certified Birth Doula, recommends a couple songs for your little one’s playlist.

Babies in utero develop their ability to hear at 32 weeks. Therefore, their capacity to recognize vocal tones and melodies is established before they take their first breath of air. For this reason, I recommend my clients start playing music and singing to their babies in utero. The comforting familiarity of songs becomes a great tool for parents to use to connect with their newborn. Never underestimate the power of a good song! Working with babies as a postpartum doula I have learned to always have a good playlist on hand. Sometimes a tune is all it takes to soothe a crying babe and send them into a slumber. Here is a list of songs that you and your baby will enjoy.
